Leading Virtual Teams

We are delighted with all the positive feedback we have received from participants of our first global Virtual Leadership programme.

The fifteen Senior Managers from Europe, South and North America and the Far East participated online in four-hourly sessions over a period of five days. The sessions were facilitated by Ghislaine Caulat and Sally Hulks, and are based on research carried out by Ghislaine over the last three years.

Talent Management Research

Phase II of our research Talent Management - Maximising talent for business, conducted in collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute has now been completed. Together with Talent Management - A Strategic Imperative it represents a significant contribution to the TM debate.
